The lead times vary from product to product, please contact us and we'll advise accordingly. Most commonly we advise customers to allow 3 weeks on average to turn around the bulk of orders but some orders can be completed with express speed. Tell us your requirements and we can let you know.

In most cases there will be minimum quantities that you will need to order. Many of our items indicate what the minimum quantity will be, but for further advice please contact us.

When we personalise a product, the production facility must translate the artwork into a useable format for their machines such as a screen or die depending on the decorating technique used. This process is referred to as a “set-up” or “origination” charge. We will be happy to explain each process in more detail.

Yes you can! We can send a link for all major credit card payments on your invoice - we request this payment in advance of order completion payment for new customers.

Vector based artwork is best. Artwork can be provided as an outlined image. This could be an Ai, EPS or PDF file. JPEGs can be used on occasion, but sometimes can incur additional artwork charges for outlining.

Yes you do. As standard an electronic proof will be emailed to you to ensure the accuracy of your order. It’s then up to you to check your logo, position & any pantone references before confirming you are happy to proceed. Physical proofs are available on request, but may incur additional charges and require extended production time. 

No, all quotes we supply will be ex-VAT, which will be charged at the current rate.

Delivery varies from product to product and depends on order requirements. Unless otherwise stated, delivery is not generally included. Please contact us for accurate delivery costs.

Yes, you can. Some orders will be based on Proforma payment terms for new customers and a tight initial order delivery deadline. But our credit team will access and review all customers on a case-by-case basis to be able to offer customers 30 Days Credit Terms whenever we are able to do so.
